First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National CORE.
Community Manager
Interview was via Zoom with myself, the recruiter, site manager and regional manager. Everyone was very friendly. The recruiter explained National Core's mission statement to me before we began so that I would know off top what kind of company I was interviewing for.
- Can you describe a problem you faced at a previous job and how you handled it?
Community Manager
The first interview was a phone call that was about an hour long. After that, I was invited to the office for a second interview. I met with the regional for the property I was applying for and the vice president. The interview process felt very welcoming and relaxed.
- What is your definition of affordable?
Community Manager
The process moved quickly, and it was very welcoming. I had two interviews, and I got an offer letter the day after the second one. I first encountered the company at a job fair, where they presented a compelling vision of what they're looking for and what makes the team appealing. It was a great process, and I even got to meet the VP during my second interview, which was fantastic as most companies don't let you meet VPs and owners.
- Can you tell me about your five-year plan?
