Manager
It was a video interview with two senior staff members. They were friendly and engaging, asked good questions, and listened well to my responses. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
- All standard yet engaging questions were asked.
Office Manager
Applied online but was directed to a job pack saying applications were only accepted via a specific form. But the form was locked, no contact info given. CVs not accepted, just an extensive questionnaire. Next was responding to seven detailed questions within three hours. The document had tons of errors, bad formatting, not proofread. Answer tables were unusable, one question couldn't be done due to missing/wrong info—I pointed this out and attached my working doc to explain. Last stage was a panel interview. Two panel members were nice, but one was really confrontational and abrupt, making it awkward. I withdrew my application. The role sounded cool, but the whole process was disorganized, with typos in emails and assessment stuff. It felt like the office might have inconsistent systems and difficult management, which was a bummer.
- Can you explain your understanding of inclusion?
- What experience do you have with AI policy and how would you go about enforcing it?
- Tell me about your experience with HR processes.
Delivery Manager
The application process was quite drawn out. Following that, the interview itself was pretty bad. The panel seemed disengaged and I couldn't connect with them at all. The questions felt very rote and were read out. I felt the interview went poorly and I probably wouldn't get the job. It ended up taking them a whole month to respond, by which time I had already accepted another position.
