The online application was straightforward, and I got an email for an interview that included a technical assessment. The interview itself was a bit rough; I met two staff members who seemed disengaged and weren't very talkative, which created a negative vibe. Their professionalism was quite poor, and it definitely lowered my overall impression of the company. The technical part involved analyzing customer data to figure out if they'd be better off claiming benefits or joining certain programs for financial gain.
- Can you share an instance where you initiated a change?
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
- What's your perspective on the significance of teamwork?
