It was a bit relaxed and felt like a conversation. They wanted to know my skills and experience, and there was a lovely dialogue. They took notes every time you mentioned a statement with keywords that they wanted. Some prompts were used and overall, it was a polite conversation and a bit of rapport was built from the conversation.

After submitting my application online, I was invited to an interview with a panel of three people. They asked me questions about myself and also competency-based questions. The panel seemed a bit unfriendly, and it became clear during the interview that they had already decided to offer the position to someone who was currently volunteering with them.
