First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National Agents Alliance.
Insurance Agent
It was really informative and relaxed. Talking with the interviewer was easy and they were helpful. They seemed more interested in me as a person than just what I could do for the job.
- Are you prepared to commit the effort needed for success?
Insurance Agent
First, I had to watch a 15-minute YouTube video that gave a general overview of how the company makes money and the type of agent they're looking for. After that, I had a phone chat with someone from the sales leadership. During the call, I figured out that this is basically an MLM combined with an insurance agency. They encourage their agents to recruit others, which adds more commission layers to a policy. They also sell leads to their agents.
- Were you asked about your desire to manage people?
- Were you asked about growing into a leadership position based on your resume?
Insurance Agent
It's a polished Amway/.... all the other MLM. People trained with the wring mindset to recruit. They are polished to the untrained eye but 100% transparent to anyone else.
- They are different from recruiter to recruiter. One thing they all have in common is their structure.
- Closed end questions targeted at the answer the want you to conclude leading to a mental cornet of ....this must be the right place for me)
