It was really informative and relaxed. Talking with the interviewer was easy and they were helpful. They seemed more interested in me as a person than just what I could do for the job.

First, I had to watch a 15-minute YouTube video that gave a general overview of how the company makes money and the type of agent they're looking for. After that, I had a phone chat with someone from the sales leadership. During the call, I figured out that this is basically an MLM combined with an insurance agency. They encourage their agents to recruit others, which adds more commission layers to a policy. They also sell leads to their agents.
