They were in contact with me a lot via email and phone calls before the interview, probably to check in on my thoughts about the process. The interview itself was long. I had to complete several personality tests, and then we discussed the results. I also took tours of the company and met many of the employees, who were all very friendly. They gave me a week to consider the job offer and were supportive throughout.

I applied on Indeed, and after a phone screen, I had an in-person interview. I also attended a group meeting to learn more about the opportunity. I really recommend that meeting if you're thinking about applying. It really sold me on the company after meeting everyone. I was a bit unsure after the phone interview, but the meeting cleared up most of my questions. I ended up taking the job, and what seemed too good to be true actually happened. I feel so fortunate!

It was a friendly chat to get to know each other. They wanted to see my strengths and weaknesses and how I use communication for sales. They also wanted to see my personal ethics based on real life choices. The job details, overview and compensation were fully disclosed. In return, the hiring manager shared their career path and what they were looking for in the role.

It was pretty relaxed, mostly just chatting and answering questions about what they do. However, the compensation details at the end didn't quite add up. They brought in other team members to talk about how well they were doing, but it felt like just for show. Later, I figured if they were really making that much money, why did the employee parking lot look like a junkyard of broken-down cars?
