The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. There were 5 tech rounds conducted late at night from the US. They provided feedback after each round, saying I was selected for all, but there's been no update after the final round. I gave them my details and docs for the offer release, but it's been 3 weeks with no word. The rounds were all conducted in the US during late hours, which felt like a waste of time for everyone. I suspect the management wasn't sure about what they needed. All panelists hinted that it's a startup environment and might require working late.

I applied for a role and after that I had to complete a 45-minute cognitive and personality test. It felt irrelevant to the role itself and it’s been over two weeks with no feedback or follow-up from the team. The lack of communication after investing my time was frustrating. I hope the company improves its candidate experience — clear updates and relevant assessments would save applicants unnecessary time and disappointment.

I got referred and had an initial phone screening, then a Zoom call with one person. After that, I went to the office for an in-person interview with four people, which lasted about two hours. They said they'd let me know early the next week, but I never heard back. I followed up twice, and it's been two weeks with still no response. It's disappointing because how a company treats candidates shows who they are. They could have at least told me if they were still interviewing others or if I wasn't chosen. I learned from the experience, but I wouldn't accept a job there after this.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I applied online and the whole process took about two weeks. The interviewers were really understanding and gave me extra time because of some personal stuff I was going through. It was a two-round process for a position in Cork, where a new team is being set up. The first round, which lasted 1.5 hours, was with the VP of the Cork site and a senior software consultant. We spent the first 30 minutes introducing ourselves and discussing the company. Then, I was asked some technical questions, and the last 30 minutes involved a live coding exercise and code review, which were pretty straightforward. The second round was a 45-minute session with a senior software engineer from the US. The first 30 minutes were a technical deep dive and discussion about my background, and the last 15 minutes were a code review. Overall, it was a quick and easy process, and everyone was very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this company.
