Supervisor
The interview process is short and quick. It includes a typing speed test and analytical questions, but nothing too difficult. As long as you demonstrate ability to work under pressure, know how to diffuse conflict and is available to work flexible hours, you should be all set.
- To take typing speed test
Frontend Developer
Round 1 was basically a long phone chat with the recruiter to learn more about me, my background, and the tech I use. Round 2 was a video interview with a developer, which was the most relaxed round. I was given a JavaScript compiler without any auto-correct or code completion. The task was simple: 'Find all occurrences of a small string str2 within a larger string str1'. I started with the most straightforward solution and then gradually improved it. They wanted me to explain my approach, so I did some virtual whiteboarding to describe the entire algorithm's flow, including hash creation. I also had to discuss big O notation and explain its linearity. We spent about 45 minutes on this, and I didn't get another question.
- How would you find all instances of a smaller string (str2) within a larger string (str1)?
- Can you walk me through the logic of your solution?
- What is the big O notation for this approach?
Software Engineer
It wasn't very good, no god. I wish it had more spjnk, more passion, more for. But you know, not for everyone. Well, since they want 30 characters I'll keep going and filling their system with non-sense. I mean, they already sold my phone number to scammers and call me every day so why not.
- Is my only goal here to gain full access to Glassdoor?
Fitness Instructor
It was the same usual questions. They asked if I was hungry and if I wanted to grow my fitness roster. They also asked if I could work evenings and weekends, mostly evenings because that's the busy time. They pretend you can sell personal training from their free orientations they give each new client as incentive to sign up for a membership but why would a member buy personal training when they believe they've just been given free personal training?
- What are your fitness experience and knowledge?
