I saw a QR code on a Nando's branch window saying they were hiring. It linked to their careers site where I applied online for a Front of House position. You can filter to see which branches have openings. A manager called me and also sent WhatsApp messages with directions and the trial shift time, which was helpful. The trial shift is 4 hours with a trainer, it's unpaid but you get a staff meal. After that, I interviewed with a manager and completed a paper about fire hazards and safety rules. They offered me the job right away and asked about my availability. Contracts were provided quickly by the managers.
