there was 2 rounds 1)aptitude+coding aptitude contains 20 mcqs related to maths ,arrangement,age,profit and loss etc... coding round contains 2 questions a simple dfs concept question and an array question 2)hr interview giving direct placement to shortlisted candidates

This was a highly professional and well-organized interview process. I went through 4 rounds. The first was an HR round for basic company discussion and screening my expertise. The second was a technical screening by a Lead CRM Consultant. The third round was a practical test where I had to provide a working solution for a given requirement. The fourth round was a more in-depth technical discussion focusing on architecture and real-time scenarios. Although I didn't pass the last interview, I was very satisfied with their detailed feedback, highlighting my weak areas and explaining why I wasn't selected. It was the first time I received such detailed feedback. Thanks for the opportunity.

We'll start with a phone call, then you'll have an in-person chat with the team lead. If that goes well, there's a coding challenge where you build a simple app. They're really looking at how you handle the business logic, how object-oriented your solution is, and if you used things like interfaces or delegates to make it better. Feel free to use the internet during the coding test. After you finish coding, someone will review it and ask you some technical questions on the spot. That's it for the day. We'll let you know the next day if you're selected and then extend an offer.
