For the Trainee Software Engineer role, the process included 3 main rounds: first, a Technical + Aptitude Online assessment which had pseudo codes, MCQs, and aptitude questions. Then, there was an L1 Technical interview followed by an L2 Technical interview. Both the L1 and L2 rounds were entirely focused on technical questions and coding problems covering technologies like Java, JavaScript, SQL, collection frameworks, Hibernate, JQuery, HTML, CSS, JSP, and Servlets.
