I had a great experience at first, with a smooth HR screen and an engaging interview with the hiring manager. I was really into Myriad's mission and thought the role was a perfect fit. Sadly, due to a major family tragedy (my mother passed away), I had to ask to reschedule my next interview. Both HR and the hiring manager were initially understanding, which I appreciated at the time. Once my personal matters were sorted, I reached out multiple times, professionally, to get back in touch and move forward. But I never heard back from anyone. Weeks later, I saw the job was posted again, and my profile now says "no longer being considered." No email, no communication, nothing. Basic courtesy and follow-up are expected, especially after investing time and effort in interviews. If a company doesn't show this during hiring, it makes you wonder about how they treat employees. I was genuinely drawn to Myriad's mission and culture, so this was a letdown. Based on my experience and other reviews, I'd suggest applicants go in with realistic expectations about communication and transparency.

So, the whole interview thing was pretty good. It kicked off with a quick call from the recruiter, then I had a video chat with the hiring manager. The final step was an in-person interview with a panel. I honestly thought I was gonna get an offer pretty soon after that. It was July then, and since then, crickets. I’ve emailed them a bunch, like, multiple times to both the recruiter and the manager, but nothing. I get that not everyone gets the job, but a heads-up would've been nice, especially since I drove 8 hours roundtrip for that last interview. I really liked the company and the manager seemed awesome, but this silence has kinda soured things. So yeah, if you're an AE looking at Myriad, keep searching. Seems like their recruiting team has a pattern of ghosting people.

This was an unprofessional and lengthy interview process. I think there were about 5-6 interviews in total. I had interviews with multiple teams. One interview involved performing a 20-minute sales call on 3 products. I made it to the offer stage, and the recruiter called me to discuss the offer. They then scheduled another interview with the regional sales director for the same day. However, later that day, I received an email stating they would not be extending an offer. It was very unprofessional that they didn't even call me directly.
