Started with a quick chat with HR. Then, there was a 1.5-hour take-home assignment done over Zoom with the team lead, who stayed on mute. After that, a Zoom interview with a team lead and a group lead. Finally, an in-person interview with the team lead and group lead, which involved whiteboard questions.

The interview started with a Skype phone call, which was understandable given I'm in Canada. Then there was a 1.5 hour "quiz." I'm not sure why they use this method, maybe it works elsewhere, but it really didn't work for me. After 20 years in this field, I can confidently say it's a bad way to judge someone's worth or performance. I only know two people who could have answered all three questions in the given time, and they both have Master's degrees in CS. If you want to test your coding skills, fine, but I'd stay away and not get discouraged if you can't solve them.

It was a process of a few interviews: Senior developer professional interview - very professional needs background in javascript, Team leader interview- personal and professional no computer only logical questions, HR interview - personal very nice and inviting, VP R&D interview - professional and personal was a good closer to the process. The process was nice and not intimidating.
