The whole hiring thing went really well. First up was an online test with some basic English and math, a computer skills check, and a personality test. It was pretty quick, under an hour. Then I had an in-person interview with the sales team lead, which was a typical sales interview. They didn't throw any curveballs and were pretty relaxed, even cracked a few jokes at the start. That lasted about two hours. The last step was an HR interview to see if I'd be a good fit for the company overall, which took about an hour. They kept me in the loop professionally the whole time, and the whole process from the first HR call to the offer took less than two weeks.

I interviewed with a company that seemed like a high-tech firm but actually pays its Israeli employees the minimum wage (around 4000 ILS/month) just to meet legal requirements. They even mentioned that since there's no minimum wage in the US, they don't pay their US employees a base salary at all. This company is really exploitative, so I'd advise running away immediately.

So, first, you'll get a take-home assignment about the company. If you nail that, you'll have a Zoom interview for about an hour with both the sales team manager and the sales department manager. Pass that, and you're in for a month of training at the offices.
