This was a group interview. We had to explain why we wanted to work in retail and why it's meaningful. Then there was an acting scenario. We were given a situation like a customer needing a gift for their nephew and niece, and we had to help them using products provided. Another interviewee played the customer. The interviewers were nice. We also had to give our availability and department preference.

It was a group interview, and it felt pretty relaxed, like just chatting with the other candidates sitting around the same table. Everyone had a chance to ask and answer questions in front of the whole group, not in one-on-one meetings.
