They were very clear about what’s gonna happen. The interview is 2 tiers. First interview is about your clinical knowledge then they start reaching out to practices within their company. The second interview is basically a regular conversation they ask about you and what previous experince you have.

The interview process was very straightforward. The people were very nice and welcoming, supportive and helpful, which made me feel at ease. No specific preparation was needed. The main interview lasted about 90 minutes. It was followed by a background check and an offer.

They said it would be a casual chat over email but I should dress nicely because the area manager noticed my shoes. It was mostly about logistics, paperwork, and how things work practically. Both the area manager and practice manager were there. They were looking for an associate, but I was aiming for a locum role so I could check out the practice before committing.
