The interview process started with a long phone call from the recruiter, followed by an interview with a technical instructor, and then an interview with the director. I felt I did alright on the technical parts, but some of the classroom-related questions were a bit tough. It's a good sign that the managers and recruiter have been with the company for a while. The recruiter's technical questions were pretty high-level, but the second interview was more challenging technically. Be ready for a lengthy recruiter call. They also had us teach them DHCP in a group setting, which was definitely nerve-wracking. I didn't end up meeting the Director.

Technical

The culture felt fake. The recruiter was unprofessional and misleading. The goal was to determine if I was qualified and then tell me what I needed to get an interview. There was no information about benefits or what to expect. This was a three-step interview process, and I started to understand the company better with each stage.

The interview process was comfortable for me, especially since I was a former student and knew the interviewer. The atmosphere was intended to be relaxed, not overly strict. I was confident I could handle the position because I understood its requirements.
