I was referred by someone who works here, and that got me an interview with three other QA people. No phone calls or group interviews, which was nice. The interview process itself was really good, and everyone was super friendly, making it pretty comfortable. The only slightly tricky part was having to solve some classic riddles. The waiting period after was a bit rough, though; they said I'd hear back the next day, but it took two weeks. There was some back-and-forth about whether to hire me as a junior or if I fit the senior QA role they were after, but it all worked out with the offer.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite demanding. I went through multiple rounds of interviews with individuals from various departments. While the technical questions were relatively straightforward, the interviews placed a significant emphasis on assessing cultural fit. MX holds its culture in high regard and ensures it by having candidates meet with numerous people. It's a lot and can be overwhelming, but I totally get why they do it!

I had a really good interview experience at MX, one of the best I've encountered. Though I didn't end up getting the job, I got the sense that the people there truly care about their employees and potential hires.
