They had me do a bunch of interviews and take assessments, and everything seemed to be going well, but then... nothing. I interviewed in the summer and followed up with the recruiter but haven't heard back. It takes no time at all to send a follow-up email. Honestly, if they offered me a job today, I wouldn't take it because of how they've handled things. It really shows the kind of company it is.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for a phone interview. When considering moving forward with the hiring process, I was hesitant due to their poor reputation. I inquired about the company's known high employee turnover, lack of communication regarding scheduling, and the absence of opportunities for advancement within the company. Instead of addressing my concerns appropriately, they demonstrated the very issues I feared by sending a rejection message shortly after, citing laziness perhaps, but in a very unprofessional manner.

The interviews all took place over the phone or Skype and there were 4 of them. The people interviewing me were really nice and I never felt like I was being rushed. The questions were pretty direct, focusing a lot on your personality, your past experiences, and how you’d handle confidential or private data.
