First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MVF.
Digital Marketing Specialist
After submitting my CV on a weekend, I received a call early the next week from an HR Manager. It was a casual chat about my CV and who I am, which felt really personal and different from other interviews. A one-on-one interview was scheduled soon after. When I got to the office, the vibe was just as friendly and informal as the phone call, making the company feel genuine. First, I had to do a numerical reasoning test. Then, I met with two Managers who asked some unique questions, again focusing on me as a person, not just technical skills. I noticed they really listened and used my answers to figure out if I was a good fit, both in skills and mindset. It was actually enjoyable, not just positive. I got the job offer really quickly, which showed how efficient and professional they were throughout.

Digital Marketing Specialist
I got an email saying I was selected for a video interview that was available for 2 days. The email said all videos would be reviewed within 24 hours and feedback provided within 48 hours. After two days with no feedback, I contacted the recruiter via phone and email but still heard nothing. Three days later, I received an email thanking me for the video interview and inviting me for a face-to-face interview at their office, asking for my availability. I sent my availability, and it's been two working days with no response. I feel this is unfair and unprofessional, and I've seen similar complaints from others about this company. It's disappointing from a company with such high goals. My advice: be authentic in your hiring process and follow through on your promises, like providing feedback on time, instead of wasting people's time. Apologizing on Glassdoor after the fact isn't helpful; learn from your consistent mistakes like lack of response.
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
Digital Marketing Specialist
The whole thing was pretty fast, with a video call and then two in-person interviews. The video and first in-person chats went great, and the people were awesome! But, one of the interviewers in my last meeting was just plain rude and disrespectful. I got grilled for over 15 minutes on some small thing, which was super awkward and repetitive, and the other interviewer looked embarrassed too. This one interviewer was fidgeting with the tech while I was talking, kept looking at the clock like he was bored, and even asked the other guy if he had more questions because we were 'short on time' even though there was still half an hour left. The other interviewer started to say we had time but then stopped when the rude guy basically signaled to wrap it up. I really wanted to just walk out, but I stayed because I have some respect. I feel like if I wasn't the right fit, there were way better ways to end the interview politely. The feedback I got was useless. They say on their website they hire based on values and help you learn fast, but my feedback was that my values were a perfect match and I just lacked the experience (which should've been obvious from my resume). When I asked for specific interview feedback, they clammed up. It's really weird how I went from being perfect in the first interview to not being a good fit without any real explanation. I've never felt the need to review an interview before, but I had to warn others that they don't actually live by the values they claim to. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get this job, I can't imagine working with arrogant senior people like that!
