A recruiter reached out to me about applying. I submitted my application, and two days later, I got an email asking me to complete a 25-question assessment and a recorded 15-minute phone interview.

Presentation Behavioral

The hiring manager gave a really clear and honest presentation, showing both the good and the bad, but really encouraging me to see the potential. The office felt pretty calm, and the team's diversity stood out, which is kind of unusual for this city. The manager explained he'd be a mentor and also needs to develop successful agents who bring in business. He said he'd join agents on calls and wouldn't take a cut of their sales. The base commission isn't high, but there's an incentive program that could boost earnings. It sounds like a good place for someone new to sales to learn.

Behavioral Presentation Case

This whole thing took over a month and a half. Had a bunch of phone interviews, met the office manager, and then they flew me out to California to meet the Director of Sales training in person. That last interview involved sales role plays and presentations. It was a really long and kinda tedious process, and I didn't get an offer in the end. Everyone was nice, but the process was just cumbersome and I felt let down.
