There was one virtual interview with two actuarial assistants. They asked why I applied, about my actuarial exam path (past and future), and how I represent their mantra/company qualities. It was behavioral and resume-based, no technical questions. You should research their qualities beforehand.

After applying online, I was contacted for a phone screen. Then the results came out in a week and I was scheduled for a visual interview. Before the actual visual interview on Greenjob, I was asked to complete an online assessment testing my critical thinking skills. It's a lot like some logic and reading questions on GMAT. GreenJob scheduled a quick webcam test one day before the interview to check my network and software. The visual was with two people.

They have a pretty quick but thorough interview process. First, you gotta do a personality and knowledge test. Then, there's a quick phone call. After that, it's a bunch of one-on-one interviews over video. I also had a third interview where I came in to meet people from the department and see the city and office.
