Paid Social Manager
The interview process was really thorough. HR was super friendly and explained the hiring process well. It was a bit of a long process compared to other agencies, but overall, it was a really good experience.
- What's motivating your job search for a new role?
Paid Social Manager
The entire hiring process spanned approximately two weeks. It began with a phone conversation with a senior recruiter, followed by a second interview involving three senior paid social managers. During this meeting, I was given a substantial take-home assessment. The process concluded with a final interview with the chief strategy officer. I received a follow-up email on the same day the process wrapped up.
- What were the scales of ad spends you have managed?
Paid Search Manager
I had a quick phone screen with the recruiter I found on LinkedIn. After that, I had a short Hangout call with a team leader. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. The in-person involved a written test, a more technical part, and a few quick chats with different staff members. They also showed me around and explained how the office is set up. It was a pretty casual vibe, everyone was really chill and easy to talk to. They asked relevant questions, but it wasn't super formal.
- What strategies would you employ to enhance a Shopping campaign's performance?
- Can you elaborate on your background using Google Ads?
