The interview process was straightforward and clear, fairer than many others. Mutesix was communicative from the initial contact to the offer, avoiding the usual ambiguity. They would have also been quick to follow up if I wasn't qualified. The interview itself was challenging, but the questions felt relevant and not like curveballs. The interviewers were warm, courteous, and perceptive. Thankfully, it wasn't an overly lengthy process with three rounds.

Got referred by an existing employee. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then an in-person interview with a campaign manager about a week later. The interview included behavioral questions, then moved on to my skills and experiences from my resume. We discussed job expectations and I got a tour of the office, which was cool since everyone was friendly. They were quick with next steps, and onboarding was super easy. Really like it here, the company culture is awesome and they treat employees well. People work hard but also know how to have fun.

It started with a phone call with the hiring team. They wanted to know about my background, if I knew the company, and any projects I'd worked on. After that, they had me send over some ads I'd made and copy I'd written. Then, about a week later, I went in person for another interview. It was with the same people from the phone call and they asked me a bunch of questions about my experience, how I'd handle situations, and what I'd do in made-up scenarios.
