Customer Success Manager
The process was clear and professional, with a few stages involving interviews with HR, the hiring manager, a team member, and a C-level executive. There was also a practical exercise. Every step was communicated clearly, and I got good feedback. I found the experience enjoyable.
- Could you share your background and experience?
- Describe your typical day-to-day responsibilities.
- What motivates you to join our company?
Customer Success Manager
I had a recruiter call for this role. They mentioned the position had changed and there were internal shifts. After talking about my background, they said I didn't have enough experience but could be considered later. The recruiter was nice and upfront, but I wish I'd known about the experience and position changes beforehand.
- Can you tell me about a time you handled ambiguity at work?
Customer Success Manager
I was really excited for my interview because I liked the company and the role. The chat with the Recruiter seemed to go well and he said he'd let me know about next steps in a few days. Then, two days later, I got an automated email saying they were proceeding with other candidates. I tried reaching out to the Recruiter twice for feedback but got no response. Really disappointing!
