I had a great interview experience with MURAL. The process was well-organized and smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly and made me feel comfortable during each step. The interviews focused on both my skills and how I collaborate with others, which really showed me how much MURAL values teamwork and creativity. I appreciated the clear communication and timely updates throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a good sense of the company culture. I would definitely recommend MURAL to anyone looking for a supportive and innovative workplace.

The interview process had a few stages, which is pretty normal for a startup. But communication between stages was slow, usually taking about a week to hear back. Most of the interviews were pretty good and engaging, but the last one with the CEO was terrible. He clearly hadn't read my resume and didn't know what role I was applying for, which was a really bad start.

After applying online, I went through a normal screening process. It involved about 3-4 interviews. For the final step, they mentioned they had an opening for my use case presentation in 3 weeks, which I agreed to. I then spent over 10 hours preparing the assignment. They followed up weekly to check on my progress. However, just 5 minutes before my presentation, I received a generic email stating I was no longer being considered. I received no feedback on my submitted materials. This was the most disrespectful process I've experienced. Some friends mentioned this company has a reputation for rescinding offers without explanation and recruiters ghosting candidates. I guess I avoided a bad situation with these people.

I interviewed for a different job initially but was then referred to this one. The communication was great throughout, and I always knew what was coming next and when. They were upfront about salary and the tasks given were spot on for the job. The interviewers were prepared, gave clear feedback, and seemed to have reviewed my work beforehand. They respected my time and showed they were serious about the process. This was all good until I was referred to another role. They said this role could still be an option if the other one didn't work out, but waiting over a month for the other department to finish their interviews probably killed that chance. I regret letting my application be transferred. I could've just moved on if they'd rejected me and saved myself the hassle. This team is really organized and gave me a great first impression of the company, which lasted even after the next interview and a rejection.
