I have worked at several different hospital systems over the years, but Multicare takes the cake for worst HR department. They call you to set up an interview and then Human Resources never responds for confirmation or follow up.... or they forget to call you at your scheduled intake call time. No transparency or accountability at all. Medical personnel have busy schedules, and its a huge inconvenience to have to hunt down unresponsive/unreliable human resources reps. Its no wonder they have so many vacancies.

Got an email invitation. The interview was pretty easy, with only two interviewers. It was really informal. They asked about five questions, reviewed my resume, and focused on my work history. I was allowed to ask questions at the end.

First, an HR interview, then an interview with the team. The first interview is short and they just get an idea of what you want. The whole process takes a few weeks. They can be slow to respond after the interview for follow up.
