We talked about my resume. Then we discussed if I could handle a work schedule that involves 10-12 hour work days for several days in a row followed by 4 days off, and if I was flexible with traveling. We also touched on the balance between efficiency and meeting client needs.

It was a few interviews with mostly technical questions. There were also some behavioral questions about self-motivation, etc. Typical questions about your resume were asked, as well as scenario-based questions.

You get invited to a career event where they introduce the company and the people. After that, there's an online interview to get to know you. If you pass, you move on to an in-person interview. Success in the in-person interview depends on the interviewer; some are genuinely interested, while others can be difficult if you make mistakes or aren't well-prepared. You need to be punctual, dressed appropriately, and speak clearly to get the job.

It was pretty intense, but since it was my first interview, my perception might be skewed. It's important to have a solid grasp of the responsibilities involved, as my lack of understanding was noticeable and apparently not well-received.
