The hiring manager reached out directly and asked me to come in for an interview, skipping the usual phone screen. It was a one-on-one meeting with the manager. The questions weren't too tough. Since my English isn't the best, they asked how I'd handle a situation where a client said something I didn't quite catch.

The interview went really well, it was over teams with the recruiter that oversees all hiring in Europe. After the interview they said I would get a call from the shop I applied for in about a week, I never got a call nor an email so I sent an email to the recruiter but I got ghosted. I’m still sat here waiting for a call from the store 3 weeks later and it’s really frustrating.

The process started with a group interview where an HR person and the store manager asked candidates to introduce themselves. They also inquired about favorite Muji products and the company itself, and presented work scenarios. The hiring process took nearly two months, after which candidates were informed that the positions had been filled, but an offer was extended for a different store location. To proceed with the contract, personal information and IDs were requested for Work Right Checks. Despite this, the offer was rescinded three weeks later, which was seen as unprofessional and a waste of candidates' time.
