Sales Associate
It was a pretty easy process for a basic sales associate role. The first step was a 15-minute phone screening with general questions. After that, there was a 30-minute in-person interview, also with general questions. Those were the only two interviews. Make sure you know the products well and have at least one product that is your favourite.
- What makes you want to join Muji?
- Tell me about a product you really like.
- How well do you know our products?
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty standard. They are looking for candidates with some kind of retail or customer service background. Make sure you do your homework on the company before you go in, as they will ask you questions about it.
- Do you have any knowledge about MUJI, or perhaps you're a customer?
- Do you shop at MUJI?
Sales Associate
Interview was fine. The supervisor or manager just asked me about previous experience in retail, which i had none of. They were offering minimum wage which was nothing impressive. Now i actually have a retail job somewhere else paying more than minimum wage so its cool
- Can you tell me about your past responsibilities
