The interview process was pretty simple and nice. They were flexible with timings. The person interviewing me was easy to chat with. It's good to let the hiring manager know your availability and set expectations from the beginning.

The hiring process was really quick. I applied through a Google Form and got a WhatsApp message the next day to schedule an interview. They asked some basic questions and the interview was under 20 minutes. I got an offer right away, probably because they were short-staffed and needed someone urgently.

Behavioral Technical Group

It was a video interview where I had to record myself answering questions. Then there was a 20+ minute aptitude test that checked personality, math skills, how well I remember info, and my ability to multitask. After that, I had an in-person group interview. In this part, everyone answered the same questions, and there was no real assessment of how we'd work together in a group, so the group setting seemed more like a way to save time than to actually test our group skills. The last thing I heard from them was that they needed more time to go through applications, then I heard nothing, and eventually, the store opened and I never got a response. It felt pretty unprofessional.
