I thought the interview process was good. Everyone was really friendly and the questions were pretty straightforward.

So the interview process had 3 parts. First up was a phone call with some basic questions like why I applied and why I'd be a good fit. After that, I had a second phone interview with the program lead, which was pretty weird. They asked me how a microwave works, how I'd pick a basketball team, and how I'd wash my interview clothes if my washer was broken. The third interview was in person and lasted nearly 2 hours with 3 different people. First, the guy from the second interview had me do a 3-minute presentation on a made-up topic, and I had to guess the time without a clock. The other two guys asked more standard interview questions, and I got to ask them a lot about the program and company, and they were nice. I was told I'd hear back within a week after the 3 interviews. A week and a half later, I got an email saying I was a top candidate but more interviews were happening and I'd know in another week. Another week passed, and another email said the same thing. Finally, another week later, I got a generic email from Talent and Acquisition saying I didn't get the job, no feedback. I emailed the main contact asking for feedback but never heard back. It felt like I was being strung along just in case they couldn't find better people. Even though the interviews themselves were okay, the way things ended makes me think not getting the job was for the best. If this is how the company operates, I'd be cautious about accepting a full-time role here.

The communication from recruiters is lacking. You won't get a call; they'll email you if they're interested, so check your inbox and spam daily. If you try to follow up by phone, they'll only respond via email, and it might take days or even weeks. The whole thing moves slowly, expect around 4 months from submission to the final interview. There were 4 interviews in total, all scheduled by email: 2 phone calls and 2 in-person meetings. After the final interview and a lot of back and forth, it took three weeks for the recruiter and hiring manager to get back to me...
