The interview process had two rounds. The first round involved questions about my resume, the tools I've worked with, my career aspirations, and my coursework. I was also asked about Object-Orientated Programming, basic SQL functions like JOINS, and some brain-teaser questions. Even though the brain teasers were tough, I advanced to the next stage. The second and last round had another interviewer join. I was asked to give a quick summary of my resume, the tools I have experience with, and what I'm looking to do career-wise. Then, we discussed common database concepts such as normalization. I think I didn't get an offer because I didn't answer the behavioral questions very well in this round and messed up explaining the database concepts.

The process started with a resume review and an English test. Then there was a group dynamic facilitated by a consulting firm. The second dynamic, which included questions in English and a case study, had managers from the areas present. Finally, there were individual interviews with the managers. Communication between the Bank and the consulting firm was poor, and there was a lack of attention to candidates regarding process updates. No one could provide information about the job benefits.
