first, there was an application with some deep questions, then i had to do two tests (numerical and logic), then a quick 20-min phone call with some tricky questions, and finally an assessment centre in person with a presentation, an interview, some networking, and a group activity.

Behavioral Case

The worst interview experience. Applied through an agent. First, a zoom call, then a case study, followed by another zoom interview, and a final HR call. All questions were competency-based. The case study tested my approach to their lack of an established framework. I received positive feedback throughout. An offer was expected after the last call, but apparently, they had issues with the final approver. This dragged on for weeks before they completely ghosted me and the agent without any explanation.

Behavioral Technical

I had a panel interview with two people. The questions were standard for the role. One interviewer wasn't paying attention and asked me a question his colleague had already asked and I had answered. They also didn't seem to value my past experience and the challenges I'd overcome. The overall experience could have been better.
