Fund Accountant
There were two rounds of interviews. I received positive feedback initially, but then didn't hear back from HR. After three weeks, HR finally responded saying they had hired another candidate. It's unclear why I was given positive feedback if an offer wasn't going to be extended.

The interview process included an accounting knowledge assessment and a personal interview. During the personal interview, you'll be asked to introduce yourself, discuss your accounting knowledge, and talk about your salary expectations, why you want to work here, how many clients you have, and what Excel functions you use.
