The interview had 3 parts. First, they asked general questions and about interpersonal skills. Then, there was a basic computer test for AutoCAD software. Lastly, they checked my basic understanding of symbology used in construction design documentation.

Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn after submitting my resume. First, I had a call with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with both a geotech and a structural engineer. Finally, I went in for an all-day in-person interview with different engineers at the office.

I was emailed and we set up a Skype call, then I had an in-person interview later that week. They paid for everything, travel and a hotel for one night. The onsite interview lasted all day and included lunch. I met with 12 different people, including partners, associate partners, senior engineers, and managers. I also got a tour of the lab.
