This was a horrible interview process, and they really wasted my time. The reviews are true, so be careful. I went through four interviews, the last one was with the CEO and also included an assessment. They told me I was doing great and that the next step would be providing references, followed by an offer. However, two days after the fourth interview, I received a generic email saying they wouldn't be moving forward, with no feedback. I have experience with trucking companies, so this company is just wasting people's time.

For me there were three rounds of interviews, but I ended up having four because after the CEO interview, they didn't tell me it was going to be another interview. They just said the CEO wants to speak with you again, so I thought it was an offer. But the CEO joined the zoom six minutes late and asked if I was ready for part two, with two questions he didn't get to ask me last week. It had been over a week since I last spoke with him. Then they kept me waiting for days before telling me I didn't get an offer.

I talked to 3 managers during the process, and they were all really nice and welcoming. They'll mostly ask you about your experience and if you'd be a good culture fit. It's a bonus if you genuinely get their mission and product.
