Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was very smooth and transparently laid out from the beginning. It consisted of several rounds--a phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, a skills assessment, a peer interview, and an interview with the CEO. The team was incredibly helpful throughout. I felt like my time and efforts were valued and respected by all parties I spoke with!

Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt pretty disorganized. It seemed like the interviewers weren't on the same page, making a lot of the interviews feel like repeats. The third round was supposed to be four interviews back-to-back, but they ended up being spread out over two weeks to fit everyone's schedules. While I liked the company's flexibility with working remotely, it made the candidate experience chaotic and drawn out. Even though I got to the final stage and had good conversations with six people, I just got a generic rejection without any specifics.
