Account Executive
It started out okay with the recruiter, but after I interviewed with the hiring manager, they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. I only got feedback after I reached out to the recruiter.
- Can you walk me through your sales process, starting from how you identify potential clients?
Account Executive
There were 4 steps in the interview process, with 5 interviews in total. It all happened in less than a week. Honestly, it was the best interview process I've experienced, especially since I'd been looking for about 2 months before Muck Rack. They give you a PDF/Powerpoint at the start that explains what to expect and gives tips for each call. It wasn't necessarily easy, the calls were still tough and you'd probably struggle if you weren't ready.
- Tell me about your industry experience.
- What do you know about our company, Muck Rack?
- Why do you want to work for Muck Rack?
Account Executive
The Muck Rack interview process and talent acquisition team set the standard for how to guide/interact with candidates. There was never a time where I was left wondering what to expect with next steps. Communication was consistent, transparent, organized, and welcoming. Therefore, I felt valued as a candidate, regarded for the entire time, and that I was engaged in an enjoyable mutual selection experience. I cannot say enough positive things about the hiring process at Muck Rack!
