First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MTM Health.
Customer Care Representative
The interview was really easy, so don't stress about overthinking it. I looked up some interview questions beforehand, which wasn't strictly necessary but did help me get ready. I was actually offered the job on the spot and was told my start date for training and my schedule right before the interview finished.
- Do you have previous call center experience?
Customer Care Representative
The whole interview process took about 40 minutes. They asked a lot of questions about how I'd handle different situations and how my past job experience relates to the job description. I thought the interview was really friendly. I got the job offer at the end of the interview. I like the company's mission and the work-from-home setup is a big plus for me, even though the pay is only $14/hr. Not having to deal with a commute, making my own lunches, not needing to buy work clothes, and saving on gas and car maintenance is great. Since I don't commute, my workday can be closer to 8 hours. When I'm done, I can immediately go outside with my dogs. They offered different shift options, and I was fortunate to get one I'm happy with. They pay time and a half for overtime, and it seems like there's a lot of OT available. You can pick extra hours instead of working full OT shifts. Working on holidays pays double time. The job was posted less than 3 weeks ago, I applied this week, and interviewed just 2-3 days later. I found out I got the job right at the end of the interview, making it the quickest hiring process I've ever experienced.
- Can you tell me what you know about MTM Health and explain your interest in working for the company?
Customer Service Representative
It was a standard interview, but management clearly lacked planning. I decided not to continue with the process. Surprisingly, 15 hours later, I got an email saying they weren't interested in me. During the interview itself, we wasted a lot of time wandering with a tour guide because the interviewer didn't follow up. The interviewer seemed really inattentive, which is a poor reflection on the company. I have 12 years of experience in CSR, management, IT, and virtual program design, and I'm a small business owner looking to switch fields. My experience is extensive, so there was no need to feel like I was bothering the interviewer. To my knowledge, this is the third experienced person they've turned down, which seems like a significant oversight for the company.
- What would you do if a supervisor asked you to take a call?
