The whole interview process took about 40 minutes. They asked a lot of questions about how I'd handle different situations and how my past job experience relates to the job description. I thought the interview was really friendly. I got the job offer at the end of the interview. I like the company's mission and the work-from-home setup is a big plus for me, even though the pay is only $14/hr. Not having to deal with a commute, making my own lunches, not needing to buy work clothes, and saving on gas and car maintenance is great. Since I don't commute, my workday can be closer to 8 hours. When I'm done, I can immediately go outside with my dogs. They offered different shift options, and I was fortunate to get one I'm happy with. They pay time and a half for overtime, and it seems like there's a lot of OT available. You can pick extra hours instead of working full OT shifts. Working on holidays pays double time. The job was posted less than 3 weeks ago, I applied this week, and interviewed just 2-3 days later. I found out I got the job right at the end of the interview, making it the quickest hiring process I've ever experienced.

First, there was a quick 15-20 minute phone call to discuss the role and get a general sense of my background. After that, I had an online interview with the supervisor for about 30-45 minutes. The last round involved two more online video interviews, one with the Senior Manager and another with the VP, each lasting about 30-45 minutes. Since the job is onsite, they arranged a final meeting for me to tour the office and meet the General Manager of the location. It was a pretty nice and pretty fast process, all done in about two weeks.

I applied and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. I was selected to move forward for a panel interview where I had to create a presentation on a topic of their choice and present it. After the panel interview I was sent an assessment to take. After going through all of that I received a rejection. The negative part is that my rejection was a canned email from the site they use for their applications. I feel that if you move forward with an actual interview where you have to take the time to create a presentation, present to a group, and take an assessment test, you should at least receive a personal email from the recruiter thanking you for taking the time to do these things and that they decided to move forward with other candidates.

I applied in early July and got a call back for a quick phone chat a few days later. They asked basic stuff like what I knew about MTM and why I thought I was a good fit. The very next day, they called again and asked if I wanted to come in for an in-person interview the following week. Before that, I had to do about an hour-long spelling and grammar test. The face-to-face interview itself was short, about 20-30 minutes. They wanted to know about my Excel skills, customer service background, and how I deal with challenges. A week after that, they called to say the original position was no more, but they were offering me a different role, Verification Specialist, which I accepted.
