Recruiter
The first interview was with the Recruitment Manager and the second interview was with a team of 2 recruiters. I had a good and informative interaction with the Recruitment Manager. The questions asked were straightforward.
- What is the monthly hiring volume?
Human Resources
The interview started off with a nice and welcoming vibe. I received feedback via email within a week. The team's punctuality was appreciated, and the whole experience felt very professional and formal. The interview process wasn't too long.
- What salary range do you expect for this position?
Security Officer
They will ask questions and then give answers. We'll go over the selection criteria. You'll need to talk about your background in education and work experience. Also, what skills you have and how you use them. After that, just wait for an email or a call.
- Can you share some information about yourself and your past roles?
- Could you elaborate on your educational history and professional background?
- Describe the skills you have and how you apply them in practice.
Security Manager
I had a phone call first. Then I did a face-to-face interview. After that, I was given a trial to work as a supervisor for a week. Then, I had a second interview with the senior management team. They offered me the job as Security Manager. But, three days later, they called to say they gave the job to someone else.
- Can you tell me about your management style?
