The interview was super chill! It had two rounds: one with the department head and another with two senior consultants. It was mostly about my profile, the projects I've worked on, and whether I'd fit into the team.

After a phone interview where they check your communication skills, you're usually invited to an in-person meeting, which lasts about 2 hours. First, they present the company and its culture. Then, they ask soft and hard skills questions. Finally, there's time for you to ask your own questions.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview environment was nice and the people were friendly. I arrived half an hour early and was taken to a meeting room. Two project managers joined me, and we started by chatting about hobbies and other casual topics. They then gave an overview of their company, after which I presented my projects. They asked questions throughout my project introduction, mostly focusing on the 'why,' 'how,' and 'what if' aspects. The entire process lasted about an hour.
