This was a great interview experience, one of the best in my 10 years of experience. I've interviewed with top global companies and worked in London and NY for 6 years, but this was the most satisfying. The recruiter really knew the role and explained it well, which caught my interest. There were three technical interviews that focused mainly on Multithreading, DSA, Design Patterns, and some advanced Java concepts. Updates after each round were smooth, timely, and accurate. The recruitment team was friendly and empathetic. Even though I didn't make it past the final round, the way I was treated and the process itself made me a fan, and I'll definitely try again in the future.

I interviewed at Msci Mumbai through college placements, and the whole process took about 1-1.5 months. They picked the top 50 students from college, and eventually, 3 of us got selected. It started with a technical aptitude test that had some basic Java questions. Then, there were about 3-4 rounds of technical interviews where they really dug into Java, SQL, and data structures. The last round was with HR to discuss the package.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you explain core Java concepts such as abstract classes, interfaces, inheritance, and collections?
  • What are your SQL skills?
  • How comfortable are you with data structures?
