I had a really great interview experience. It was insightful and conducted professionally. The interviewer asked very specific, objective questions. This made the interview structured and focused, allowing me to really show my skills and qualifications. They seemed to understand the role well and made me feel comfortable discussing my experiences in detail. It was efficient and engaging, and I got a very positive impression of the company and how they pick candidates.

The entire process took nearly 4 months from the initial HR contact. There were 6 interviews in total, each about 30 minutes long. Sometimes they scheduled two interviews on the same day, and there was usually a two-week wait between interviews to hear about the next steps. All interviews focused on my experience. They asked about my motivations for wanting to join the company, my previous roles, and how I handled tough situations. Overall, it felt like a pretty standard interview process, not particularly challenging. No technical questions were asked.

The interview process started with two phone calls. Then, I was asked to come in for an in-person meeting where only a manager round was conducted. I was told the rest would be handled after a global manager round, which wasn't communicated beforehand, and I was expecting everything to be finished the same day. The person conducting the second phone interview was two hours late and didn't apologize. The manager round felt rude, as if the manager assumed I was already hired. The global manager round, conducted via Webex, went as expected. Afterward, I was asked to come in again for a final in-person round. Upon arrival, I had to take a test, followed by another round with the same (rude) manager, and then an HR round.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Very unprofessional interviewers, didn't know their boundaries and taking culture.
  • Never turn up on time 2 occasions i have to wait for 2 -2 hours.
  • HR process is not at all organized, they didn't have say and just follow hiring manager.
