The whole process was online and I liked that they gave me the job offer in a week and a half. You have to consider the English level. And in my case it was more about knowing basic finance stuff.

Technical

The interviews were very technical. The questions were based on MSCI methodology, in a file that they provide to the applicant prior to the exam. The process for me was to go through HR interview, then to take an exam. If you pass the exam, they will schedule you for an interview, then another, with interviewers increasing in leadership position.

It was a smooth process. We started with an HR call, then had 2 rounds with senior team members. It was conversational and not too technical, but this might change depending on the specific division.
