First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MS Shift.
Administrative Assistant
They did a quick typing test and then I chatted with the principal. It felt like a pretty standard interview process overall. They were prompt with communication though, and I got a response within the week as they mentioned.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Administrative Assistant
So first, I had to do this typing test - they gave me 3 practice runs before the real thing, which lasted about ten minutes. After that, I had a quick chat with the head of HR where we talked about my resume, my past experiences, and what the job would involve.
- Can you tell me about your responsibilities in your last position?
Administrative Assistant
Started with an HR screening, then went into the office. They had me do a typing test 3 times, and they used the best WPM. They asked me how I did so well on it since it was above average. I was interviewed 3 times in the office on the same day by 3 different people, one after the other. They were really nice, looked at my resume the whole time, took notes, and gave me a tour of the office in between. The CEO was the last person I spoke to in the office and said I'd get an email within the next week. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the director of another department, which was my last interview.
- What made you decide to apply for this role?
- What about MS Shift makes you want to work here?
- Can you give an example that shows you are a hard worker?
