I really enjoyed the interview process, both Judd and Shannon made it very engaging and interesting. I was surprised because I was able to meet the CEO Ori of the interview which makes the process a lot more personal and made me feel appreciated.

The owner/ceo reached out to me on Linked In. We exchanged messages and then he scheduled a meeting with himself, HR, and me. I read some company reviews and was hesitant, but decided to check it out myself. When I joined the Zoom meeting, only the HR person was present. This was my first red flag. She was new and had just graduated in May, and she was interviewing a VP candidate? That was my second red flag. I asked her what she thought of the negative Glassdoor reviews. Her response seemed scripted. The owner/ceo messages were likely a BOT or HR managing it. I later received an email stating I would not advance to the next round. I was relieved, as I now believe the negative posts about the company and suspect they might be manipulating reviews. My advice is to stay away.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online via linkedin for the CSM position in Dubai, and the owner himself reached out and booked the interview via LinkedIn message. This was followed by the meeting invite sent by another company employee - this all seemed fairly decent and professional. On the day of the interview however, no one showed up at the agreed time so I waited 5 mins and contacted the person that sent the invite - the person replied right away saying they will check and then came back saying that the person thats supposed to interview me is in a meeting with the owner and is running late. The person couldn't confirm when exactly the interview could start, and we agreed i wait 30 mins, and if they don't show up she will get back to me. 30 mins passed, no news so I reached out again and the person then asked if i can join the call again in 30mins or we can push the interview to next week. I agreed we speak in 30mins as I'd already dedicated the afternoon to the interview. The interviewer joined, not very apologetic, quickly said sorry as if its something that happens often and then moved on with the interview. The interviewer seemed professional but was unclear with the timeline and next steps. The interview went ok as we both came to a conclusion that the role would be a good fit as I did pretty much the same thing in my previous role. As expected I was completely ghosted after that - i followed up once with the interviewer and with the owner directly but no response. After seeing the comments here, it is definitely for the best!

The interviewer was 10 minutes late without any heads-up, and I almost left. I applied for a Senior Sales Account Executive role where I'd manage full sales cycles, but the interviewer seemed confused by this and mentioned he'd only been talking to junior SDRs to grow the team recently. He said he needed to check with HR about the roles. He also admitted he didn't have my CV, before or during the interview, and just did a quick 20-second look at my LinkedIn to figure things out. I had to ask twice to get a clear answer about the next steps. It was a really terrible interview, and I can see why the reviews are mostly bad.
