So there are 2 rounds of interviews: first a telephonic round, then a manager or HR round. The questions are pretty easy. The first telephonic interview is mainly to check your communication skills and to see if you're a good fit for the company. Round 2, they'll ask you to talk about anything for 2 minutes with a topic of your choice, again to check your communication and confidence levels. If you're confident enough and don't stammer or talk things that don't make sense, you'll likely get selected. It's easy.
- Can you explain what a mortgage is?
- Please speak for two minutes on a topic of your choice.

The interview process included an aptitude and HR round. Questions are based solely on your resume, so make sure to review it thoroughly before the HR round. After that, there's an aptitude HR round, again with questions based on your resume. Review your resume before attending your HR round.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Can you tell me about your project?
- Do you have any questions based on your resume?

It was super fast because it was online. Mostly behavioral questions. They didn't waste time and got started right away. Asked a few questions and wrapped it up in about 10 minutes. I managed to answer everything. Since it was online, you could only see our faces. Couldn't see the interviewer's face to help tailor my answers. Couldn't really tell anything from their voice, which makes it tough.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Would you mind sharing something about your family background?
- What made you decide to go into IT?
