This hiring process was dubious, time-consuming, and flawed. After conducting 4 rounds, the HR informed me these were parallel rounds and didn't necessarily mean I was qualifying for the next ones. I had to visit the office for interviews. After about 6 rounds, it took them another 10 days to email that they weren't moving forward with my application. There was no respect for candidates' time. The questions were very generic, and it seemed like each interviewer wanted an essay on my existing work and KRAs. Even if I answered everything to the best of my ability, there was a high chance they would conduct 5-6 rounds, reject me, and waste my time. A company with no empathy for candidates should be avoided anyway.

Behavioral Technical

It was a dubious, time-consuming, and absolutely flawed hiring process. After what seemed like 4-5 rounds, HR mentioned they were parallel interviews with different people from various departments, but it didn't guarantee progression. They called me in for interviews at the office too. Following 6 rounds where they mostly asked generic questions and focused very little on technical skills, they took another 10-15 days to inform me that my candidature wasn't being moved forward. I recall answering all questions, but given the rejection, I assume they were looking for something else entirely. My friends have experienced similar situations here. They show no respect for candidates' time. I'm glad I didn't end up working for a company with zero empathy for its candidates/employees, as I've joined a different company.

The interview process is quite unique and involves several rounds. Initially, you'll need to record a 2-3 minute selfie video responding to a case study. Following that, there will be about 5-6 rounds with various team members, culminating in a final meeting with the CEO. To stand out, focus on confidence, common sense, and strong communication skills.
